Pros: It's a platformer exactly like the video shows.

Cons: The hit detection seems off, the controls are clumsy, the "high" jump rarely works, and the achievements are unnamed and don't make any sense.

Sometimes levels unlock without beating the previous level; sometimes you can open later levels without unlocking the level before it (ie. played levels 1-12, then could access level 14 but not level 13)

When you do finish the final level and "beat" the game, it starts again at level 1. No credits, no congrats, nothing.

Fun pixel-platformer. Took about an hour to run through the whole game.
Some levels are challenging, while others are pretty straight-forward.

Would prefer if there were a level-select option to replay levels you've already beaten without having to play through the earlier levels first.

Disclaimer: I definitely have a nostalgia bias when playing this game.

Played the original on PC when it came out, and loved it. This game is beautifully redone and ran smoothly on my laptop. Once you know what do do, most of the puzzles come easy enough. The main reason I enjoy this game so much is getting into the back story and lore of the entire Myst series. The sequel (Riven) is my favorite game in the series, but I always enjoy going back to where the story begins.

Side note: If you enjoy the story as much as I do, I highly recommend the novelizations that can reveal even more of the wonderfully detailed world that is the Myst series.

Challenging and fun at the same time. Still on the first level, but my daughter loves watching me try and "get over the spikes!" She also loves to dance with the music which is awesome I must say. Thanks for a great game!

Recommended if you like a challenge and good music.

Great game for ANY BttF fan. Pretty much, this is the 4th movie we always wanted.

If you like adventure games, you should have no problem figuring out the puzzles. Nothing is too complicated and you can always get hints. Even though the puzzles may be too easy sometimes, it's the story that keeps it interesting and evolving.
