Find the bolt thrower ability in either abilities table or the special abilities table and just try to move the ability over to Alith Anar. Once that is done you can tailor it to fit Alith Anar. After that you change the naming of the ability to be unique for Alith Anar to avoid clashing with the bolt thrower. Keep in mind that every ability needs to have a unique id (a column in either ability or special abilities table)
@islanderz671 Magnar covers everything you got in Rome 2, so it would not cover everything about spells in warhammer 2 no. I would recommend you to download one of my mods that got a custom spell and dissect it. Don't start with Kroak as it's sort of special. Try either Morathi, Arkhan or Wurrzag, depending on what you want to learn first.
