ok, ok before this gets out of hand let me clarify a few things first.
Sans absolutely folds bendy the Moro animation is not cannon so you kids can't say stuff like he beat Sans in the animation.
If your wonder why Attack potency goes to Sans, it's because after some research Bendy's best feat is breaking a metal door/wall which is wall-wall+ level feat. Sans at the least is small building as he ap is able to damage and kill frisk 11 times Frisk can withstand an entire house explosion without even slightly getting hurt of taking damage, now if Sans can hurt Frisk enough to kill them then he's ap should be able to scale that high.
Now for durability you guys look down on Sans's dura so much it's not even that bad. Sans does not have 1 hp he has 1 defense. That can be argued with "But if you look in the stats it says he dies in 1 hit". Now the stats aren't cannon like at all. An example of this is when Asriel is canonically a god who is meant to have infinite atk and inf
