This game just keeps getting better. I love survival games, because I've always wanted to play a game that simulates a post-apocalyptic scenario. In Fallout 3, I was constantly wishing I could build my own base/town rather than "live" in one of the provided homes. Fallout 4 came pretty close on this, but 7 Days to Die nails it. Want to roam around the world hiding from zombies? You can. Want to build an underground bunker filled with defenses? You can. Want to build an entire town surrounded by walls to keep out the zombies? You can do that too.

How they still consider this pre-release, I don't know, because this game is worth $50 right now. That said, they still release new content and updates constantly.

So, the game has some issues. The newest update (Feb 2017) seems like it added a few more issues, like disapearing planets.... It can be frustrating at times.

But really, it's an amazing game. The logistics of connecting multiple machines together to refine and process ore, automating ships to mine more easily, designing ships for different purposes... suddenly you've been playing for 6 hours without noticing. I do wish they'd slow down on adding stuff and work on stabilizing all the great stuff that already exists.

This isn't a card-oriented city building game; it's a city-themed card game. A fantastic one. There are so many different strategies, I really wish it had online multiplayer for the versus mode. Huge bargain, especially when it's on sale.
