I've bought fallout New Vegas a collective four times. Three times for myself, and once for someone who'd never played it. Fallout New Vegas to me is the best RPG experience as far as fallout goes, as there's a lot less polar right and wrong in the narrative and more moral gray. That, combined with a S.P.E.C.I.A.L system that's the best I've seen it done, you can create nearly any character you want and fit them into this story and world. For that, I recommend this game.
