He is simply an annoyance in the first few chapters, and proceeded to become a even bigger nuisance. I don't know about others, but I do love a more cooperative partner in game. I very much enjoy seeing Hugo gets eaten by rats

The main villain is also retarded, he's the basically Albert Wesker Mk.2 with rats. And what's with that final boss battle, are we making oreos?
