Stunlock has been promosing a new Battle Royale gamemode for severral months now and pushed back the deadline several times in the process. Too now annouce that is it going to be a seperate game that you have to pay for you get into. What in the actual F**K are you doing stunlock.

You fail to update the game and leave it in a stale meta for 3+ months and now you tell the loyal players to F**K off and buy your new game. You have lost a once loyal fanboy forever.

This discussion has forever engrained in my mind that Stunlock cant make big decisions and can not be trusted to have the best interest of the gamer at heart.

DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. ITS FREE AND ITS NOT EVEN WORTH YOUR TIME FOR THAT.

PROS
-Short 15 min maximum games (usual game lasts around 10 minutes)
-Very high skill ceiling
-Gameplay is clean as ♥♥♥♥
-Great servers (have DC'd once during my play time and it was from my side)
-Each character has so much depth to them and none of them suck
-Constant Updates
-Extreme Clarity with the Devs
-All in game purchases are purely cosmetic




CONS
- The UI could use some work but the devs have addressed that already
- Tutorial is not clear to all of the advanced mechanics in the game - but steam guides have you covered there
- You can get queued with people that just plain aren't anywhere near your skill level unless you turn on strict matchmaking - even then it can be spotty
- All the issues I am addressing here are almost non problems because the devs have addressed that they want to fix them.




GAMEPLAY
The gameplay of this game could not get any better. The overall experience is clean as ♥♥♥♥ . NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RNG. All skill and cooldown based combat. All the champions feel unique and alive. The core gameplay doesn't have any glaring issues.


The champion pool is under three categories. All the champions are rather unique but some of the ideas carry over to other champions such as counters. The first being ranged. Ranged champions as you would think are just champions that their main auto attack is a range ability. They have different mechanics such as a bow that shoots slower but hits harder and a shotgun that does spread damage and damage per bullet. I would recommend playing Jade to understand the mechanics down for most ranged champions (again personal opinion). The second category is melee. This is as you would think their auto attacks are within melee range. This does not mean they have no ranged abilities. Also their ranged weapons have different ranges based on the champion.The last category is Support. This is mostly based on the fact they have a heal built into their main abilities.


I will not go huge into mechanics of this game because this is a review and I just wanted to give you a snapshot.


CONTENT
The game currently only has 14 champions last time I counted. They are adding new ones at the moment at least 1 or 2 every month which is pretty damn good for this type of arena game.


There are loot boxes similar to other games. They each drop 3 items. The first type is the silver chest which you can only acquire by playing the game(quests, playing a champion repeatedly, etc). This chest is pretty easy to come by and will give you a base start but can drop some sweet stuff. The second chest is the gold chest. These chests can also be purchased with real money in bulk amounts. The last chest is the Legendary chest which is only able to get by leveling up a champions(you get levels by playing them) or acheivements. There are certain events that might throw one in there as a bundle like they did for the last champ that came out.

Overall one of the best games I have played hands down. Great to pick up at any point and just play a couple of games then head out for the day. Devs are clear on their intentions which doesnt happen often. Buy this game and don't look back. I am by no means a pro at this game but hit me up if you want to play sometime!

I have always been a fan of the Saints Row franchise. One of the few games that actually makes you laugh at the stupid stuff that you can do. Inflate your enimes until they explode or shoot them into a black hole. Similar gameplay to Saints Row 3 but you now have super powers at your disposal.

At first you are a little skeptical about it but later on you cant play without it.

The DLC mission in this game are just as funny and fun as the regular game. If this game goes on sale buy and do not look back. 100 percenting this game is worth it too. Lots of little extras.

My favorite flight based combat game to date. Beats out all ace combat games just due to the fast paced nature. Very steep learning curve with not much forgivness. But my god is it worth it. One of those games that you can play for hours on end and still want to play more. There are several options with deathmatch and challenge maps such as time trails. I can not recommend this game enough. Some of the most fun I have had recently. Worth the money one hundred percent. Buy this game right ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ meow.

Buy this game when it goes on sale. Dont spend the full $30 bucks on it. Great game though. Lots of sweet action and awesome techno music while you are blasting cops. Take the movie "Heat" and turn it into a video game. Same mechanics as L4D games with the same map but different variables within. Overall very fun.
