Had a terrible launch. No hiding that at all however i feel it doesn't deserve all this hate. It's early access for a reason, its going to be ridden with bugs and performance issues. No way should you purchase this if you expect a remotely completed game. The reason i'm leaving a positive review is for how many updates this is getting. Yesterday it was unplayable. Today is a different story, my friend and i have been playing for hours with no server issues or frame issues(is slightly laggy in freeports however nothing unplayable) There are people calling it an ark clone which i understand however its made by the same people so its always going to have the similarities. Its very harsh that its being called an ark clone. Another point is the performance issues a lot of people have been having is server related which isn't always a negative for the future of the game as you can fix servers however its a lot harder to fix a poorly made game with mad mechanics. I'd say this game has a great future. If you are looking for a complete experience i would stay away for a while then come back maybe 6 months to a year in the future. There's still hours upon hours of content in the game at the moment with lots of creatures, all the exploring and leveling just the server performance doesn't quite match that at this moment in time.

5 Years later and 20 different playthroughs this is still one of my most beloved games i've ever played.
