The story begins on the one and only unhinged and full of weird people, the social platform formerly known as Twitter. Where seemingly all recommended posts are talking about this game and its developer Larian.

After a few days of daily massaging me with beautiful screenshots, weird and funky stories, and developer practices of Larian, I had to support them and buy myself a copy.

I am not really a fan of DnD; I never played any previous games, let alone the genre, have no clue how the systems work, and never even planned to play it. However, with a constant bombing on socials and having Saturday without plans, I've decided to give it a shot. I already have it, don't I? What can happen?

Safe to say, I've spent the next 9 hours straight playing Baldur's Gate 3, of which more than half an hour I've spent trying to roll the perfect roll for dialogue check so that I know what is hidden behind that option. And I have enjoyed every second of it. Yes, the game has some bugs here and there, but they are mostly visual, and the game crashed only a couple of times when I was furiously trying to reload a save to try things differently.

At the end of my game session, I managed to convince two of my party members to spend a night together, unfortunately not the current one, just to wake up in the morning sucked dry by Vampire...

10/10. I would try to get sucked on again.
