Sorry about leaving earlier! They canceled the DLC and making a full-blown sequel instead. It's taking a backseat to them fixing some glitches in the current game, though.

I remember reading that some games don't store their data within the Steam folder, but instead store their game data within the user's documents folder, or some other similar location in Windows. So, since one of the two drives in your RAID array crapped out, and you lost your Windows drive (along with your documents folder), you probably lost it. I just looked it up and confirmed this appears to be the case: https://support.runicgames.com/kb/articles/42-how-to-backup-and-restore-your-character-saves
