What would you think if someone comes to install tons of spycameras all over your house, after few years of solid transaction. Old owners just change contract/trade agreement just because they can... So you cannot touch those cameras and you cannot sel your house forward. So you either go live somewhere else or stay in "reality tv" for some perverts.
