If you want to make the game work, you have to install Uplay directly from Ubisoft, rather than downloading it off of steam, which is hecking redundant. Online mode appears to be nearly completeley deserted, and goes at about 8 fps. Offline play however, works fine, and is a good way to waste 2 - 3 hours. Glad I got it in the sale tho.
