Security system TAKES CONTROL OF BISON'S LAIR and begins ATTACKING METRO CITY. Leaving mayor Cody to give Bison community service for the damage he caused. EVEN THOUGH Ryu and Ken were in his lair the WHOLE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TIME, and were responsible for EVERYTHING! GAAH! ♥♥♥♥ THIS GAME! this game is when the Bison torture porn started to become a regular staple in Street Fighter's entries and this one is one of the meanest, cruelest, and just plain unfair of them all. all Bison wanted to do is enjoy one day to himself. but that can NEVER HAPPEN when he lives next to Ryu and Ken, can it?
