Archvale is a super enjoyable bullet hell game mixed with RPG elements, super fun to play. The game undoubtedly feels good. Upgrading and finding new weapons makes you feel powerful; enemies and bosses have well-thought-out mechanisms and behavior, and the different biomes give fresh air to every area of the game.

It has some flaws, though. The procedurally generated world offers nothing, even if it is technically a nice feature. I've "nerded" about it, but it adds zero to the game. You end up in dead-end zones, areas look kind of the same and there's no reward for exploring most of the time.

Platforming areas are stressful and feel like a weird addition to the game, as the game focuses on fighting, not platforming. Also, the ending feels a bit rushed.

Anyway, even with its flaws, it is still a super enjoyable game that I recommend. It gives you 9-10 hours of pure fun.
