A lot of bad reviews about how its buggy or whatever but the fanbase literally begged the devs to release it early so that is pretty unfair to judge it based on that.
It is poorly optimized, some things are unfinished, and there are plenty of bugs... and yet this is one of my new favorite games because it is fun enough that I don't even care.
I am very excited to see where this game goes and love how committed and passionate the devs are.

So if bugs are a deal breaker for you then wait a bit, if you don't mind bugs then this game is already super fun to play even in its semi-finished early alpha state.

fantastic, absolute diamond in the rough, make sure you play with a good partner

remember to save if you are about to do something stupid... lost my whole drill to magma and forgot about the save feature lol

Catch frogs, kill monsters, hang out with buddies, basically the ideal road trip

Edit: after beating it in around 80ish hours (including dlc stuff) I still think its really cool, I never got tired of anything and all the characters stayed interesting. Without spoiling anything it does get darker towards the end, but all in all a fantastic game.

Everything I have wanted from a space game, it has a good amount of bugs and jank but if you are willing to look past that the game has some great space/ground combat and space/ground strategy with faction politics and faction building mechanics. truly does everything and it does it all well.
Oh but they do use AI voices for everything, hopefully they get some voice acting at some point because that does get annoying tbh

Don't spoil it for yourself if possible, if you like horror and/or coop games you will love this game

Well it's short and a bit rough around the edges, but it's fun and you can tell some real love went into it from the developers. So I will definitely be keeping an eye out for whatever they make next.

The only real issue I had was after a certain point in the story going into the ship view lagged real bad? It would fix itself if I zoomed in closer though so I have no idea what that was about

Beat it in 9 hours but has some of the coolest visuals and general style I have ever seen. Have not played the other dmc games yet but on its own this game is awesome
