This is one of the best games I've played recently. Had me glued to the screen for the whole time and I haven't felt this since Elden ring. One of the best opening to a game. Story is just insane and emotional, stakes are high and the ending was just perfect. There is literally no bad characters in this game at all and their emotional acting is some of the best I've seen since God of war and Red dead 2, super mature and grounded. The world is just beautiful and surreal. Everytime a new traversal skill unlock, you can see how insanely huge this game is (even though its mainly a linear game) and that always blows my mind for its price. The only turn based combat I've manage to finished too although its more leaned towards action ( parry/dodge heavy with qte), which personally I prefer as I find it more engaging and I'm not a big tactical guy but, some of the boss has long ass combo it does make u wonder when will it be your turn given that it's a "turn based" game (SPOILERS, I'm looking at you Grosse Tete). Just from opening the game menu I already had goosebumps from the music just like Elden ring. Music was a banger all the way. Overall, as a new studio, the fact they manage to pull off such a beautiful game is truly inspiring and I can't wait for their next game. Take a bow Sandfall Interactive!

Definitely up there as one of the greatest indies. Starts a little slow and a bit tedious on the backtracking part but the bosses, world building, music, sound effects, exploration, aesthetics, atmosphere, and the content makes up for it. As a game for its time, its definitely a remarkable feat.

For steam award, but one of the best coop game in the market.

Firewatch is one of those game where it sucks you into its immersive world and amazing characters. A game that you should only play once personally. It will hit you hard with its ending not because it's good but because it's controversial and a little disappointing. BUT to me it's necessary as this makes you realize you can't escape your problems in the real world and ultimately have to face it in the end. Truly one of the best indie games

I am still maidenless

One in a generation kind of game. The most beautifully crafted world I've ever played in since red dead 2. So much secrets, so much variety, so much verticality to the level design. I will always be in awe on how much they can squeeze into this game. Insane lore and most importantly sick ass boss fights that will keep you at the edge of the seat and lose countless time. It is definitely the easiest souls game but the one that made it mainstream and accessible to this genre of soulslike. Nowadays I can't play easy games thanks to elden ring lol. Please do yourself a favour and play this masterpiece.

Overall a great game. Great characters, especially the companions. The story is not bad and the world/atmosphere is very beautiful and interesting. Loved the sarcastic humors as well. Can't wait to try the dlcs!

Stacked 6 fort of the damned with me mateys and got sunk by a brig in the end. 10/10 would sail again

Definitely up there as one of a kind game, such a unique experience I had with my friends, grinded countless hours everyday yet the game manage to make every encounters so fresh throughout. The ships battles, social interactions and world events is just so cool to experience. Only downside is you have to put alot of hours per session to get the best out of it hence why I stopped as life catches up. There isn't much pirate games out there that let you fully control the whole ship. It requires teamwork and its pretty rewarding once you're actually good at controlling it, turns the tide in battle very often. Sea of thieves will forever hold a special place in my heart for entertaining me during the harsh covid and college years. And sorry for the people whom I triggered when I stole their hard earned treasures ;)
