~Update~
I really like this game. I had to downsize after a move and sold my gaming pc. This game works fairly well on my old laptop from 2020. Non-gaming. I would like to see more and more people play this. However, BRs have found its main staples. The Moba type BRs are plentiful as well. I played many or at least observed it. ER is doing it right for the most part.
I haven't played in a long time. I finally got back after about a year without this game. Before than queues weren't as long. Now the queues are super long and I even have to hop to other servers at certain time periods just to get into a match.
I would absolutely love to see this game further itself and become a main stay IP.
I love'd solos when this first came out and duo's too. currently that is no longer a thing. Cobalt is and cobalt IMO took away from the whole game.
H1Z1 did something similar and lost it's player base soon after. Which seems to be the case for ER.
If the devs read these I urge balancing of the main game and sideline Cobalt until the game is way more polished than it is. Bring back duos.
aside from my wants, this game is great and needs it player back or renewed.

TL:;DR
- Game is great
-Player base is dropping or has dropped during certain times of the day
-New game mode IMO took away from the actual game
-Devs please refocus to the main game such as duos

Extra
-Very expensive if you want to prepurchase seasons.

CS:GO Review
Great game, one of the only games I play consistently. However, with all the pros there are with this game. I would like to touch base with the cons in detail somewhat which doesn't have much to do with the game itself.
Cons-
-Community on competitive is usually whatever and nice, with the Trolls/Racial Slur slinging/Homophobic Blasting teammate once every few matches. (try to find a team, 5 members for matches to avoid this) I find it hard to commit 100% focus when randoms are constantly talking in comms or filling it with bs static. I've seen people make horrible calls which happens, but it gets worse when you're last on the team alive and someone is repeatedly saying grab bomb or hes banana; or even trash talking to the teammates. Audio is key in this game.
-Servers are fair to an extent. 64 tick rate isn't bad, but isn't good. While 128 tick rate is better and easier to land shots that you wouldn't be able to on 64. Faceit and Esea has 128 tick rate.
-Non-Competitive is somewhat toxic or super chill. it's 50/50. I suggest just muting them since it's not competitive.
-Cases are rigged (not really just low percentages for quality items) you are better off buying the skin that you want.

Pros-
-Fun, addicting, and heart pumping action. Especially when you hit some sick jump shots, wall bangs, and clutch; etc..
-Workshop has almost anything you want and if it doesn't you can make it.
-Some of the skins are really dank looking doesn't improve skill but you can look cool while fraging.
-When you find teammates the Quality of life in the game goes up. Instead of hearing you idot y yu not git hedshoot noob, you get nice try, almost, "we'll get em next time." Even Constructive feedback and advice.
-Of course, the longer you play and look into how to get better the game changes and becomes more fun. Look up recoil in the workshop. While you may see this as a con, I see this as a pro. Some games just don't take skill and isn't fun to me.

Remember if you're in silver Comp Match Making, none of other guys words mean anything. They are low elo and probably makes just as many mistakes as a new kid on the server. Take in the advice and shut out the toxic.

1st update - Dec 9th 2019 - Restarted the pc the same night and I was able to use keybinds I set to get off of chopper. I think that was a one of kind thing.

*Co-op/multiplayer - If you had a chance to play campaign before multiplayer (even after) you may have noticed input lag. The lag greatly increases when in a Hosted game such as Campaign or Custom matches. I have a wired connection and the same for a few friends; while others are on wifi. Even with great internet on a wifi the game was near unplayable. Constant rubber banding. Was told when I hosted or a other wired connections hosted; the game felt almost like solo campaign smooth af.
*Graphics fine tuning - IT IS NOT HERE ... yet. 2 options Original Reach or Enhanced Reach graphics. W/e it's a port. Still with v-sync on at either the 60fps lock or unlimited (my case 144 hz) had input lag left click to the game acting it out was near .05-1 second that you can visibly see. Without V-sync on either 60lock or unlimited, this game became a hot mess of tears and artifacts. You can also mess with resolution scale and Field of View.
*Controls and Movement - Solid feel of halo with the gravity being less and small explosions kicking you away from where you want to go. This would be fine if there wasn't much a input delay between the kb/m to character acting it out. In bigger games like Big team battles, it takes a lot of practice to get use to leading and anticipating your shots. How I played on Xbox compared to this pc port are completely different. On console you turn right and you character turns rights. On pc you turn right and instead you move forward or whatever direction you heading before turning and it seems like you should have people with Trumpets playing goofy af music behind you. Corners are your enemies. This will ♥♥♥♥ you harder than your team killing teammates.

All in all - Fun game to take in as a fun game, with the outlook of future fine tuning patches Reach has a lot to offer. In it's current state I'd say don't take this serious as small things can alter how the outcome of the game/matches. Plugging your controller in and proceeding to use KB/M will grant aim assist. I am personally waiting for 343 to fix this one as it is an unfair advantage to others playing this game. Depending on playlist input lag is horrible when hosting friends have crap internet.

Personal side note : I hate what they did with the armory and set it as a season pass. I wanted to work my ass off for the visors and armor add-on's. With this said - Hayabusa suit is gonna be easily obtained by everyone.

My setup : RTX 2060 6gb, AMD ryzen 5 2nd gen 2600, and 16gbs ram. Wired connection Down: 400mbps Up: 50mbps.

*Original Trash Tier Review* - First mission right after you land with the chopper, i did change settings before campaign to unlimited fps and vsync (monitor is 144 rr)... Can't get out of the Chopper.. If yall know how lemme know. I Pressed every single key on my KB and even held em a few seconds. Also with everyone saying input lag is horrible, it is there but not bad. First swat match We won and I had 14 kills walking out. played with vsync on at 60 fps. Prob will update after 100 hrs in and 500 then 1000. Edit: You're able to change keybinds. unsure if that is the reason why I cant get out chopper will try later.

A Lot of the Bad reviews have less than 20 hrs on there account. I have played since 2.0 going from PS3 to PS4 to PC.
My Review will contrast some of the bad elements of other's complaints.

>First Download and Log in will have Patches, that is very obvious since it's near patch 5.0. It took me 3 hrs in total for the game and patches. I had no Problems with any errors or such.
>The game seems easy, yes. It caters to both Casuals and Hardcore players. Not All players are created equal. You could have an amazing party help you through content and it will seem simple and easy. Yet, If you had a hopeless party all the content will drastically be harder. Some players DO NOT KNOW rotations. Which is fine either way.
>Endgame Content was a bit lacking in 1.0 and 2.0(which I think 2.0 was fairly big). However, since the release of Heavensward and Stormblood. There is considerably a large amount of endgame. PACING is up to your discretion.
>Main Story Quest is debatable, as it is a lot of back and forth. However, the story is actually really vibrant and tear jerking in moments. From most other mmos I played that were f2p or paid lacked Lore, Story, and character connections. Not saying WoW, The story in WoW is pretty good. However, if the quest are dreadful and you want to skip content. Most cutscenes are skippable.
>Pacing of the game seems slow for battles and content. Not going to lie, 1-30 seems long... really long. Yet, After you obtain any level above other classes the exp is boosted for you lower level classes. Example: You have Level 50 Class, The rest will receive 100% up to that level. I do not know if it matters after getting classes to level 50. The Fighting part, It is slow in the beginning I like to think it is due to helping new players understand battle mechanics and rotations. Like if you're a tank and can't hold a group of mobs for s***, the start of your character is supposed to mitigate that.
>Servers... Yes, most places are quite, no one is talking, and looks dead. Most of the players have private communications such as Linkshells and Free Companies. Which both could be considered guild-ish. As well as most of the players are doing other expansions and endgame content. Yet, there is plenty of people every where doing all sorts of content. All you need to do is "/sh new player looking for help!" something to that effect. Finding a FC (Freecompany) will definitely help you along the way. From my Exp as of right now. In all of the starting areas are filled with people crafting and questing.

TL;DR:
The game is wonderful, Story rich, do what you want, and when you want kind of game.
Pacing of the game depends on you and your desires, Casual or Hardcore.
To fully understand the game, take it a step at a time and put some time into.
Use the resources the game provides to progress and to better understand your roles.
Find a good server ( Hyperion ), Find a FreeCompany, and Enjoy the content.

Banished...
I love this game! As soon as I jumped in, I was hooked! I personally enjoy Simulation and Managment games too much. After my township had passed about 3 times in a 30 min period, I read and clicked everything to make sure I had the right Idea and knowledge needed to play. Surprisingly, it was fairly simple.

Pros-
-Easy to get into, Hard to leave.
-Not a steep learning curve.
-Single -player
-RTS without the battles

Cons-
-Little mistakes can lead to the death of many.
-Difficulty rises a little to fast.

There isn't much bad I can say about this game, It's nearly perfectly executed.
