- You just want to play CS 2 with me. Dude, I only play with people I know, and even then very, very rarely.

- I know you, but don't want us to be friends on Steam. The reasons for this can be varied
I could have just left the first reason and that would have been enough lol

I can accept if:
- I know you. Unexpected, right?
- Our last game left a good impression (but I rarely send requests first)
- This is really necessary
- There are some unmentioned exceptions that go beyond the very first point about "I don't know you at all."

I will definitely accept if:
- You are really my friend
