Game Dev Tycoon is a Simulation/Strategy game released by Greenheart Games.

For their first title, Game Dev Tycoon is a very well made game that does not miss a single detail about what goes on during the development of a video game. Countless hours were spent picking new combinations of genres, platforms, and target audiences, trying to create the perfect game!

A game with so many things to play with may seem intimidating to some, but Greenheart Games included an easy to follow tutorial that teaches you the ropes without making it feel as if you're having your hand held through the entire game. Game Dev Tycoon even gives your information on screen that will remind you which combos are best and which aspects are best for said combo. You can even carry those tips to new games and have an advantage on your second, third and even fourth play through.

I give it an 8.5/10.
