The game is beautiful, exciting in terms of research and construction. This is probably all of the good qualities.
From the bad:
Many bugs at the time of 03/03/2019, but this is not the main thing.
Anti-cheat in this game is not, cheats are disabled only built into the game, while other players who install mods and use third-party software can easily read, spoil the impression of the game and go unpunished.
Search for game servers is configured disgustingly, there is no search filter for signal delay, server password, VAC protection.
The list of available dedicated servers is in a separate tab because of what the players do not play on them, they are too lazy to choose and search for something.
Supporting The Forest Dedicated Server as such is absent, the developers do not respond, and the Dedicated Server itself works disgustingly, periodically loses connection with Steam because of what the players entering it do not see their buildings and other players, they see only their own inventory. This is valid until you restart the server.
Saving the world is not compatible with each other if you transfer them from a single player to multiplayer, and even if transferred from multiplayer to Dedicated Server.
There are very few control commands on the Dedicated Server, and those don't work properly, for example, the restart command simply causes the server to hang. Also, when Dedicated Server is shut down, auto-save does not occur.
Dedicated Server of this game is the most disgusting with which I just came across.

Много багов на момент 01.03.2019, но это не главное.
Античита в этой игре нет, отключаются читы только встроенные в игру, другие же игроки которые устанавливают моды и пользуются сторонним софтом могут безпрепятственно читерить, портить впечатление от игры и оставаться безнаказанными.
Поиск игровых серверов настроен отвратительно, нет фильтра поиска по задержки сигнала, паролю сервера, VAC защиты.
Список доступных Dedicated серверов находиться в отдельной вкладке из за чего на них не играют игроки, им лень что-то выбирать и искать.
Поддержа The Forest Dedicated Server как таковая отсутствует, разработчики не отвечают, а сам Dedicated Server работает отвратительно, периодически теряет соединение со Steam из за чего игроки заходя на него не видят своих построек и других игроков, видят только свой сохранённый инвентарь. Это действует до тех пор пока не перезапустишь сервер.
