With over 200 hours at the time of writing this, Borderlands 2 is my most played game in my library.

Of course... Steam doesn't count the hours you play while offline, and if it did I could guarantee you I'd have thousands of hours if not more!

The game takes places some time after the first Borderlands and gives you 4 (6 with DLC) Vault Hunters to choose from as you kick, punch, stab, shoot and burn your way through the various enemies Pandora has to throw at you. Each character has their own specialised action skill that allows for multiple ways to play each individual Vault Hunter as you level up and gain perks in an almost unique blend RPG and FPS elements.

Guns have levels and various stats will improve over time based on the level and rarity of the guns you find (Sweet Mama, get me some legendaries!!!) and you will most likely have to be constantly on the lookout for better gear every couple of levels as the foes you face grow stronger. To some people that can be annoying (especially those who like to grind for their legendaries) but personally it's another thing that ensures this game doesn't become stale as I play it.

The story is immersive and overall just fun to be a part of and play through, either alone or with friends (Although I highly recommend the latter if you don't really care much for an immersive story, Hell I'd recommend it even if you do, Multiplayer is probably the best thing about this game! But I won't get into that otherwise you'll be here all day), with plenty of side missions that build backstory AND make you laugh a few times too. The villan, Handsome Jack is also my favourite villan in videogame history, he's funny, he's maniacal and he's in need of a hug everybody! Seriously, love that guy...

On top of all that, there's DLC.

THIS IS WHAT MAKES THE GAME!!!

99% of the DLC is flawless, it provides unique twists on the game while bringing about new and interesting features and LOOT MWAHAHAHA THE LOOT.

Overall, Borderlands 2 is by far my favourite game, it keeps pulling me back and I can't help but smile when I pop a bandits head or laugh at a joke with some friends, this game will always be close to my heart and I can guarantee you if you gave it a shot, you'd love it to...

So, you're bored. You want a new zombie apocalypse game... You want to relive the carnage of death and the storm of lead fired from guns, burrowing into mutated former people that want your BRAINS!!! Something like Left 4 Dead or Killing Floor, right?

Then this game is not for you! Why? Because No More Room in Hell tries its very hardest to be the most accurate visualisation on a realistic zombie apocolypse. And it does it so very well!

How? First of all guns are scarce and ammo for said weapons even more so, so say good bye to the gun totten ways of L4D! The game focuses on making use of what you have around you, no gun store or supply shed, later KF! The melee is intensive, with the weight system making you decide whether to have the heavy zombie killers and give up your mobility? Or the light weapons which put your life in danger at every swing, but allow you to make a quick escape?

There are no special zombies which can spit acid or climb walls, or even just freakishly large ones which eat a ton of lead. Just walkers, runners and children. That's right, children! What? Do you think once the apoclypse begins children are just going to become immune or simply vanish?

These are some of the things that make me love this game! Of course there is so much depth to the game which Im not going to show here, but for such a great game to be free, who wouldn't download this!
