First of all I want to say I really love this game, in my opinion the best game I ever played. I currently spend 1,207 hours ingame and I'm not regretting it for the biggest part. I've been playing this game since open and closed beta and have been following the game since it was revealed. I supported this game by buying every season pass and buying various cosmetic items, such as elite skins, pro league bundles, seasonal skins, dlc skins etc. Although I really love this game, it's time to adress some things that are bad about this game and negatively impact my ingame experience:

-Hit registration system doesn't work properly and hit boxes don't always match with the character eventhough they "fixed" it.
-Toxic community, where teamkilling is still very common, toxic ingame chatting, bullying etc.
-Cash grab heaven, where every new skin or charm is locked behind a massive paywall. You used to buy every skin or charm with free earnable renown, but now some one-time only skins are only buyable through real money.
-Poor map designing, which makes every new map less fun to play on. Bigger and emptier is in this case the new standard.
-BRING BACK OLD HEREFORD BASE!!!!!

These examples are only the tip of the iceberg, I'll edit this post as soon as I remember more flaws of this game.

[Edit] Aestetical changes are not coming to the global version of the game, which is very great to hear. Devs listened to the community for once. Giving it a thumbs up for now.

Best multiplayer ever, awesome zombies, good game.
