Nice game, Fun to play!
The mechanics are good too, it's a bit on the grindy side (can pay to get weapons and stuff) but the worse aspect is the matchmaking. Takes ages! Literally looking for more of matches than actually playing the game

The game has Ships but no Sheep!

Here are my first impressions on the game.

I am running squad on a laptop, gtx960m and i7.

1. Optimisation
The game is optimised well and runs without any issues on 1080p, graphics settings are at medium and max view distance.

2. Graphics
Graphics are pretty okay, explosions are spectacular tho

3. Sounds
The sounds are really epic, the gun sounds are also awesome, you will have to experience it to know it! Totally loved the sound

4. First impressions after opening the game
The game crashed when i opened it first, some error with unreal engine, but other than that it opened without any issues after that.
The tutorial was also very immersive, there were people running around, and guys doing pushups lol. Reminded me of Delta Force 3, Overalls the tutorial does a good job of clearing out the basics.

5. Gameplay
The first server i joined was horrible, people picking up squads and locking them. Nobody answering anything and SL and teammate moving in random directions.

Second match was on a different server, it was relatively better, people were talking and even had a squad leader build me a morter station, although nobody spotted for me and i had to random fire, ended killing a bunch of people and also teamkilled one person.

Third match was on the squadops server, people were talking communicating and taking stuff seriously there, that was the best experience of squad so far.

10/10 recommend. Just find a good server with a discord and it will be really immersive

Awesome game deserving a thumbs up!
Only issue is it's unplayable due to the infinitely long wait time!
I even have a 30 minute stream just trying multiple times just to get into the game to play it

It's a nice concept, but faced immense difficulty to do anything worthwhile. I walked and walked for 9.8 hours. You either need premium or need to grind lots of days even to start your own settlement. I see no point in doing that unfortunately

Played this game for 58 hours was pure fun, and now Suddenly its unplayable with FPS drops and loading taking too long.

Offline Campaign is a fun game! Loved it!

I was matched with a set of prestidge players.

Attempting to connect and then the game ended finally while trying to connect and I find myself with 1/5 disconnect warning! That was unfair

Happened with me the second time too!
Someone left the game and then i fail to connect to the new host and then the disconnect warning is at 2/5!
WOW this is really unfair

One of the best Tactical FPS shooters I have ever played.
It's quite different from the other shooters as this one requires pre thought before entering into a room full of enemies.

Not recomended for solo play. Best experience is through online matchmaking
