I might have a solution to your " do not feel like playing them" .It works for me.
Change your showcase to achievements such that it shows game % completion . It will show how "pathetic" you are :) .. Now pick a game and try to complete it and watch as your % completion increases !! Try to make it 50% plus which is very good . This works if you love steam and want to maintain a good profile ...
