I have wanted this game for a long time since it was launched. Finally, I have purchased it and can tell that this game worth every single penny. The storyline is very rich, despite cat going back to the surface, I was sad that B12 sacrificed himself. Such type of games are something that kids should play, because it teach compassion, kindness, and give a hit of betrayal, which happens quite often in real life. When I exited the first area, I expected the game to be very short, and I am glad that I was wrong. I will play it once again, later, maybe to unlock some achievements, because I missed few.
Overall rating - 11/10.

I played the demo and finished it (not with first try). I like the story and ambiance, environment. Games is quite challenging. Mechanics of talents and skills is very unique, and it impressed me. If the price for game is fine, I will purchase it. Also I was impressed to see Ukrainian translations! High quality Ukrainian language!!!
Waiting for release.

I have seen that reviews are very negative and I, to be honest, I don't understand why.
There are bugs in the game, that's true. But I had only ONE bug in the saloon, which was fixed/reset after I filed a petition.
I have no idea what people are crying about or what they are doing in the game to trigger such issues.

Now, regarding gameplay - I think it's very cool and interesting. First of all, unique storyline and the way you can "unlock" all information from the lore. The game forces you to play different characters and visit different zones.
Each level and session makes random rooms and levels, sometimes you might get very unlucky, sometimes - very fortunate.
But in general, you have to think about strategy.
People who say that it's getting similar for each level, once again, I dunno what they mean. Obviously, against BUGS you will build a FIRE turrets etc. That's the way it supposed to be, if you want to win.

I played on 3/4 difficulty and I enjoyed the challenge. Even after completing the game, I am still going to play a bit to collect the last pieces of the lore and open additional ability slots for some heroes.

This game is not something that you will play every day or for 6 months ahead. Like most solo games, you play it, enjoy it, complete it. And, maybe, you will play it once again next year, or if you get other friends to play with.

I recommend this game for everyone who likes tower-defense games.

Amazing game! It's not very difficult, so it will be ok for kids. The most important part of the game is a storyline, it is not extremely rich but very enjoyable and interesting. I played "Kena Bridge of Spirits" which is 10/10 game, and The Gunk is similar (in general). Graphics fine. I highly recommend playing this game. It's quite short tho. Took me 5 hours for the first time with no rush.

This game is very good now compared to what it was when it was it was launched. This game is from the developers who made Left 4 Dead.
In general, logic is the same, but devs added many more features, like many different guns, different attachments, and card decks as a "talents build" is complex but very interesting because it provides huge vary.
More fun to play in a full group of friends.

This game is just amazing, perfect, well-done extention to the story of previous Dying Light. Mechanics is same smooth and nice, I really enjoy fights and parkour. Storyline is very long and enjoyable, including stupid guys Tolga and Fatin. Graphics is very good, environment is nice.
Recommend to everyone who liked Dying Light 1.

The idea is not generally bad, but the game is awful.
1. I understand that traveling is a part of the game but it is worth DEATH STRANDING. Running around for 30 minutes, die 100 metres away from the safe zone, so run another 30 minutes.
2. I was never a fan of Minecraft graphics, and since they updated textures, terrains are still awful, and characters / NPCs are ridiculous (Minecraft style). So, graphics is ♥♥♥♥.
3. Maybe because of many new players, servers are overcrowded, it's impossible to do quests, and very laggy.
4. Huge disbalance in weapons and gear. And since everyone running in the same location, green geared noobs always meet players who have better guns and armor.
5. Too many griefers who have better gear and just keep on killing you for no reason. Dunno if it's because most of russians are r*tarded or maybe it's a modern way of gaming since people can't achieve anything else in real life.
7. Progression is nicely done, but, as mentioned above, very unbalanced.
8. Developers did some non-sense quests where you gonna die for 5-10 times without any option to retrieve your loot.
9. Presence of "guns for real money".

This game is awesome!
It's quite simple in controls/movement/interaction, probably because it was created for consoles as well.
Environment is very nice, but it's not open world. There are areas to explore but not so much.
Storyline is perfect and exciting. Side quests for companians are very interesting so I completed it all.
Shooting is good. Graphics - nice.
Some people call this game short but it took me up to 40 hours to complete it, so IMO it's enough.
I would really like to try DLCs but price is the same as a whole game.
Definitelly recomment to play this game for players who likes fallout/borderlands/starfield etc.

Nice idea but in general, the game is garbage.
1. Many cheaters, and devs don't care about them.
2. No deathcam. No "friend spectating" (which can be easily done in discord, so absence of this feature does not bring any balance if they say).
3. Millions of bugs: invisible textures, duplicated items (visuals) in inventory, glitched creatures, disconnection from the server with all item loss, falling under textures (leads to all items loss), partially working "squads" - invitation can not be accepted or when deploy we appear in solos, etc.
4. Unbalanced matchmaking and gear. Dunno how it works, but noobs with rusty guns (penetration 5) can kill me in blue armor with half of a magazine, while I, shooting a full magazine of epic flechette (penetration 25) to exotic armor (penetration 30) barely scratched half of the enemy's HP.
5. Careless support, they never refunded any items and they are not going to fix "compensation for death to cheater".
6. Based on the unbalanced pvp aspect of the game, people who joined later and proceed with progress slower, can not reach high gear, etc, because they are always killed by griefers who already maxed out everything and they have nothing else to do in this game.
7. Aweful sounds. Besides the fact that the direction of the sound is accurate, there is some nonsense: if you run in a cave, with a length of 600m, with 3m wide walls, a person outside the wall will still hear you like there is no wall between you. If you stay next to Watefull you are the only one who can hear its loudness, while person 10 meters barely can hear it, but can hear everything you do very loud and clear; when you turn around you don't hear your sound, but in fact, it is very loud for everyone around you; not synchronized sounds when jumping or climbing - when I climb I might do NO sound, but in fact, my friend next to me heard me yelling like I did 200kg lifting. It's absolutely stupid, when I climb or jump in real life I don't do any screaming. NOBODY DOES!

If they reset headquarters upgrades, I would never come back to this game, because I am not willing to spend another hundred hours struggling to get some rare items and do very difficult quests to upgrade my base.

I have never played this game in 90's. But I played doom.
This game is just a poor replica of doom.

Very short campaign, poor story, even worse than in Serious Sam. I've completed game in 3 hours.
Small amount of guns abd basically you can kill any enemy with any type of gun, only difference is damage.
Game for one time. Not going to play it again. So even with discount I would say it does not worth it.
In general game is fine but max price for 3 hours game is... 2-3 dollars maybe?
