Do I enjoy it? Yes.

Give it a few patches and DLC's and this will be up there among the great Civ-games.

Feels like It's 1998 again and I'm playing Diablo.

Slower than modern arpg's, more purposeful. It's everything I wanted and more from the sequel so far.

One of the finest DLC’s ever released, so much love to the source material while improving the formula of the base game.
You need this in your life, the amount of content they put in will make you blush.

Currently obsessed with this little gem of a game. 3D-chess with robots & mechs with a few twists, in very good shape for an early access game, not had a single issue in over 30 hours of gameplay.

Looking forward to 1.0, this can only get even better!

The small amount of the gameplay I've seen is great but the CPU and GPU temps are insane (+90C) even after tweaking graphic settings, updating drivers etc.
Also, forced Epic sync was not on my wishlist.

Will revisit this review after the performance issues have been resolved.

Update 2024-09-09

After tweaking further with MSI Afterburner the temps are now stable (note - not related to the first patch).
Changing this to positive since the game itself is amazing. Though note that this requires tweaking to work decently, eagerly awaiting the next performance patch.
