the scariest thing is your teammates

I haven't written a review in a hot minute, so bear with me.

Callisto Protocol's overall story and direction are heavily akin to that of dead space, with familiar and unfamiliar twists and turns that i have experienced so far. While the game is enjoyable, some of the bugs with the camera and performance make the game hard to play and hard to enjoy at times. The way the game looks and feels as i play on medium difficulty feels a bit unfair at times, though there were some breaks in the system that i could vehemently abuse, such as the instant-kill feature if you knock a creature out of walkable space, though it felt like a reward for wondering rather than a punishment for not knowing. Melee combat feels heavy, as taking slogs at combatants rips chunks off them, sends sparks flying, and covers your character in blood. I will not spoil anything else, as the game is best played completely blind. Enjoy it for yourself.
