Don't be put off by those who claim the game is too hard or RNG. Losing heroes is entirely avoidable once you acquire game knowledge and get upgraded buildings and skills/equipment. It is literally impossible to lose this game on the first playthrough, and a new mode called Radiant exists that makes the game easier and reduces grind.

An absolute "gem" of an indie title that sucks you in with a combination of a refreshingly deep take on rhythm-based gaming and a superbly written and acted story that keeps you interested through all seven floors of the tower.
