This game is amazing.

I played it for 4 hours and it made every game seem atleast 100 times better.

10/10 would play to enhance other experiences again.

[Update] - Still Terrible.

Sit down ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you a story.

Once upon a time a lonley noob logged onto his first server, the great London III Test server to be precise. I never left this world but instead began my time mingling with the local flora and fauna, once mauled by a bear in the dead of night as I was escaping from angry Russians with Assualt rifles and another gunned down by an angry helicopter as I inspected by loot, stolen from the corpse of an unsuspecting man.

I started with my small 2 x 2 hut which lasted the staggering time of 27 minutes before I was beaten to death by angry men with rocks - Note to self, I really must get a lock for that door. They took my Wilson, torch, stone hatchet, blueprints and hammer, then disappeared into the night.

Lurking around on chat I found an active community whom deemed me friendly, I joined them only to discover they were actively at war with another "clan" - the lonely noob was cast into a great battle and was soon geared and ready for combat!

It ended in a hail of gunshots and looked like a scene from Mafia as my body was thrown against a stone wall from the sheer quantity of Thompson bullets hitting my frail body. I respawned in my bed, aptly named "Liquids S**g sack" and collected my meagre belongings - they team assisted me in taking a small and poorly guarded home on the airfield for myself. I joined with a few other solo'ers as we crafted and reinforced our little part in the world, we sent out supply runners and traded with the larger clans, all whilst maintaining good relations with the other server dwellers.

The day before the wipe, everything changed. Darkness fell that night as usual, I sat atop my tower with a team of three - we waited for the sunrise but little did we know we would be cast into a recreation of the purge. It started small, a few skirmishes here and there, the odd burst of gunfire or stray arrow but soon out outer wall was slowly chipping away. The Russians had found us and they were determined to get in, I moved around silently on our upper tower and peaked around, only to be met by the sound of my skull crushing under the weight of a finely timed rifle shot. I respawned quickly at the tower sleeping bag and retrieved my equipment, shaking I moved around to the lower firing platform and thats where I saw them, several members scatted on the rocks - I look aim - FIRE! I direct hit, his wails could be heard and my position was met by a barrage of fire. Wood splinted and the stone clanged as the air was filled with lead, we had lost the base, the encampment that has stood the test of time but in the end we were undermanned and out gunned.
My allies fell and with no local sleeping bags made were banished to the unknown of the darkness.

A messaged appeared in the chat - "We are coming." - Our saviours had arrived, the local smaller groups had combined into a roving kill party to assist us. As I sit under my stone stairs bandaging my wounds, the cackles of fire eminated from outside, the rumbles of F1 granades, the sound of whizzling lead and the thrum of arrows was all around. Dirty, bloody and glorious.

The fire fight died down outside, I crept towards the sniping perch and peered out. It was done, we were victorious. We lost some brothers in arms but the day was won, I ran down stairs to greet my new brothers, opening my airlocks and reaching the front door. The door flew open as the electronic lock pinged, the team had assembled outside I walked to towards them and ... BANG. BANG. I fell to the floor, screaming and bleeding. The voice chat icon appeared "We are sorry", they stepped over my body and began looting my gatehouse.

So ended my Rust adventure.
The treacherous "allies" will fall, I swear this. The first light dawned on a fresh server wipe, I look out upon my new grassy home. I smile. "Soon."

TLDR - Best Business simulator ever.

Update: Still pretty much the same, but with screaming Russians running minicopters into your base. It's a good thing.

Sins of a Solar Empire®: Rebellion, well it truly is a fantastic game. There is something deeply satisfying about destroying empires because they decided they would rush that Ice Planet before you, or pirating their hard earned credits from long trade convoys and just corrupting their way of life with your heretical culture.

SoaSE:R is one of those games I keep creeping back to, although I originally owned it on the ol' school Stardock platform, I did move to steam after I lost my details (The joys of sales reunited me with my long lost lover).
The modding scene is just... fantastic. I really mean that. The choice and creative make this game shine for an age after the older vanilla content starts to rust, as it stands there are Mass Effect mods in the making, along with current Star Wars and Star Trek. (Both are well made).

Anyway, down to bussiness:

Pros:
+ Nice graphics for an aging game.
+ HOOOOGE space battles, which are exciting to watch.
+ Variety of planet types.
+ The mechanics and UI are crisp.
+ The stockmarket can be broken.
+ Fighter and Bomber spamming from Stations is like watching ants take down a lion.
+ Brilliant modding scene for when things go stale.
+ Games can be short or you can drag them on until the end of time.

Cons:
- The AI is overall good but can make some silly mistakes at times.
- The DLC is NOT worth the money.
- *The games difficulty seems a tad uneven.
- The AI can cheat at times, which some people may like a challenge. (I don't like been super spammed within the first 10 minutes)

* I've played on all difficulties and there doesn't seem to be pattern, sometimes hard is easy and vice versa.

It is a brilliant game, although the AI can be a cheating little F**K! It is well worth the money and the joys of it been an older game means it generally goes cheap. So pick up and copy and I promise you won't regret it!*

*If you regret it, I will not refund you due to bad taste in games.

Overall Rating: 9/10

Well, where to begin with Mad Games Tycoon? Would I recommend it in its current state? Yes. Yes I would.
I bought this game today, I played it non-stop and have now ran out of content after building my one man in his garage into an enormous empire with around $2270m. More content will be added in the future as a few rooms are locked and I assume more techonology advancements and the likes will be added, so fun fun!

Pros:

+Its addicting, seriously.
+The customisation for the rooms is interesting.
+Plenty of choice and competition.
+There is already a fairly large amount of content, even for an EA.
+The graphics are nice and fit in well with the theme.
+The choices when making a game are pretty cool and varied.
+The different stats on your workers allow for some tactical placement early game.
+Updates appear to come quickly and in response to community demand, which is nice for an EA! (Cough, Starforge, Cough)

Cons:

-The music. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I had to mute it after about 20 minutes as I felt an urge creeping upon me to douse my computer in petrol.
-Placement of items is still a little so-so, I've bugged it a few times and had desks stuck in walls and objects placed over the tops of each other. (Just another minor issue with EA)
-The MMORPG's subscribers drop off in drones randomly you are also unable to make expansions at the moment, if I'm wrong correct me. ( I just didn't see a way)
-Once you have money, it is beyond easy regardless of difficulty.
-Needs more level 3 publishers to allow for greater yeild on your prefered games. (Current set-up makes RPG's less than profitable)

Interesting bits!
* The random speech is quite fun actually, with strange little references to other games.
* Some of the current bugs can be funny and are not particually game-breaking. (one of my workers was typing on a plant and cupboard)
*The names - Seriously - They are great little knock offs. I love it!

To sum up, even in its current state it is well worth the purchase and the time. The developers are community-centric and update often with bug fixes and content. There is much more to come so pay up, support the developers and reap those rewards!

The game of an alternative universe which is a strange mixture between apocolypse/Japan/RPG, the game where you cannot be a one man army and you actually have to work to be something useful. The game has a number of starting points for you to choose from with varied difficulty. To be honest when I first bought the game I was a little let down, the content was awkwardly done, the terrain was dull and lifeless, the pathfinding was just... horrific, base building was more than a chore and the optimisation was less than good.

Here we are now! The game has come on leaps and bounds and the developers seem to truly listen to you. We now have sound, good basebuilding mechanics, Squads that seem worthwhile (You actually feel a little heart broken if they die), pathfinding has improved although its still not quiet there and a number of new features and terrain additions have been added.

Pros:

- Interesting setting
- ALOT to do once you get the hang of it
- Buildings, lots of buildings.
- Combat is actually quite fun, nothing better than watching 40 people scrap it out over your little farm.
- I like the "Everyman" (Everywoman) type of setup
- Getting chased for MILES by angry Sand Ninjas and Bandits.

Cons:
- Pathfinding and wall placement is still hit 'n' miss at times
- Getting new squad members can have you running for hours at a time, would love some periodic respawning
- AI can be dumb, I had squad members watching my team die while they mined stone
- Alot of stuff still cannot be sold which makes early game money making a case of stealing items of corpses (Vulture simulator)
- The real lack of need for water, food or anything really.

Overall a nice game, plenty of game play options and very sandboxy, even more so with future updates. If you have some spare cash and time, why not build a nice functional little down and shank some cannibals?

CS:GO Review
I sneezed whilst throwing a 'nade and killed a friendly.
Spent rest of game getting screamed at in Russian.

10/10 would sneeze again.

Where to begin, my hours do not reflect the time I have played this on non-steam copy and Xbox 360. This game, I love it and I love everything about it. The choices seem meaningful, the combat is great and the standalone addition adds some real content to the game without you feeling like someone has torn your arm off.

Would I recommend this game? In a heart beat, I would normally write a pros Vs cons list but I know the pros would FAR outweight any cons. I suppose you could call me a Dragon Age fan boy, but it has earned that distinction.
