Very fun, but also very rough. Limited on content. As a title in Alpha there is clearly something potentially very good being made here. Do not expect a seamless experience, there are many bugs and glitches that you will come across, some of which are entertaining. Like finding out friendly fire did not work for me, but the shotgun still gibs allies. 10/10 would do 100 rounds with floating torso mates again.

Also, I found The Sculpture in the firing range.

TLDR my last playthrough: Darkskinned nord gigachad builds giant mead hall and punches things until they die.

Despite being in early access limbo for the foreseeable future, this game is still immensely fun to play and still gets periodic updates.

Bastardizes the IP into some quirky rip off that forgets everything that made the first one good. Dumbs down the surgery into some secondary aspect of the game and instead turns it into some puzzle platformer loaded full of needless cosmetics and enough bugs to shame a bee keeper. All they needed to do was copy paste the first game with better graphics, more surgeries, more mechanics and everyone would eat that ♥♥♥♥ up.

This game might be good on its own (if there weren't multiple bugs that soft locked me in the tutorial requiring 3 restarts), but instead it tries to run off the first game's fame. I would say it's fun with friends, but for $80 between 4 people there are cheaper and more fun options out there. Good enough friends can have fun boiling chicken bones in bleach, not to mention it's cheaper than this.

There is so much to discuss about why this game is so much less than the first one while having so much more in it, however TL;DR First game good, this game ♥♥♥♥.
