Jeden z najlepszych sandoksów strategiczno-ekonomicznych. Gra umożliwia na prowadzenie własnej przygody.
Marzy ci się kolonia kosmicznych kowboi? Proszę bardzo.
Twoim mrocznym sekretem jest chęć poznania smaku ludzkiego mięsa? Proszę bardzo, a wraz z nowym dodatkiem Ideologie możesz zbudować wokół tego nawet cały kult.
Chcesz wyzwań? Chcesz odpocząć? Lubisz ScFi? Lubisz średniowiecze? Gra dostarcza tyle możliwych scenariuszy, że po wielu godzinach wciąż wciąga.
Szybko się nudzisz? Nie bój nic gra jest przyjazna dla społeczności i wciąż powstają nowe modyfikacje, które czasem aplikowane są do podstawowej wersji gry.

Największą zaletą gry jest stosunkowo niski próg wejścia w stosunku do innych gier Paradoxu.
Gra jest cały czas rozwijana zarówno przez twórców, jak i społeczność.
