@W1ZRD The problem seems to occur when the game runs in fullscreen mode, which is the default settings. Changing it to window mode without opening the game should be fine. Registry Editor is just one method. Theoretically you can also use Steam's advanced launch option. Right click - property - launch option - "-windowed" or "-sw" (forces the engine to start in windowed mode)
