A lot of people complained about this game at release, but because of recent updates and mods, I would highly recommend this game. It's a bit simpler than Shogun, and there are some complaints I have about various things about changes made from the original Rome. However most of these can be fixed with mods. If you have a hankering for a satisfying strategy game experience, look no further.
