A fun little pick up game for those that like MTG but don't to throw themselves in the deep end and want a fun quickfire game. Shame it looks as though it is being killed off, but we all know that many a time with many games the bell of death tolls far to soon and they get revived almost as quick as they are killed off.

I bought this game as I fancied a puzzle game and this one sounded right up my street. It dropped at just the right price during a steam sale so I grabbed the pack of The room 1, 2, 3 & 4. So far I have played through The Room and The Room 2 and can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations in both games. I am now looking forward to the 3rd instalment.
The background music in the game is atmospheric but in no way distracting and the Gothic Cthulhu like theme keeps you wanting to unravel the story to see where it goes. The puzzles are a little hit n' miss with most being of an average complexity (I referred to youtube for one then was kicking myself at having overlooked a simple thing), with there being clues given if you seem to have stalled. Graphically it is a very solid game and the controls for the most part work really well.
At only £3.99 for the first game you have very little to lose by trying it, but that said I'd be surprised if you don't drop on the rest once you play the first. Highly recommended casual game for you puzzle lovers out there.

Started playing this game earlier this week so am still getting to grips with the game. That said I keep returning so it must offer something that has hooked me. So far I have dropped the smallest amount of cash as I feel it has given me something to make it worth giving the developers something and I may even go premium. As it is free to play you have nothing to lose by giving it a shot and I feel it is worth at least that if not a lot more.

I hate this game:
I hate it's amazing graphics, I hate it's enthralling storyline but most of all I hate it's hours of sumptutious content.
Purely because I have nowhere near enough free hours to get the most out of it and have to keep looking at it in my library gathering dust practically begging me to play it. Why, oh why do I have a love of RPG games with a lifestyle that gives me perhaps 6 hours of gaming time a week if i'm lucky.

Enough ranting if you like RPG's then this game is a no brainer.

Can not recommend this game highly enough it makes me wish I had more hours free for gaming. When I do have time to play definately one of my go to games, especially as I am very single player driven in my game play. For those that remember the original x-com this is the same only up to date and better IMHO.

Loved this game as well as cyberpunk2020 in it's pen n paper form, although not exactly the same as no computer RPG can be, it captures the essence and atmosphere very well. I am only 3 and a bit hours in writing this but I am hooked don't want to step away but have to life gets in the way of gaming yet again. If you're prepared to do a bit of reading with your game play them this is a great game, enjoy.

Only just got the game but I can definately recommend it if your an old school platform fan. My only advice is get a gamepad as the keyboard can be a bit fiddly for those precision jumps, then again that may be me having only just come back to PC gaming after a long 360 sebatical.
