Thanks for the TOS change, since you are changing the terms long after the purchase (which btw not sure in the US but i'm pretty sure that it's literally illegal here in Europe), i will never buy anything from either TakeTwo, GearBox software, 2k, or Aspyr. I'd rather let my wallet talk on such things.

And if you think like me, vote with your wallet (by not using it) in companies that pull such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Before proceeding, there is something i'd like some clarification about, if possible:
The developer in the below message said (and i quote): "we are pleased to inform you that the update for Viral Execution is now available".

Is there a pending update, or are you referring to 2023's 1.0 release? If there's a pending update i'd wait for it to then review that instead. The reason for me having doubts about this is this, where it says that the last update/upload was on the 27th Jan, 2023 Source - steamdb[steamdb.info]

I won the game in a legitimate giveaway by a steam mentor (not the kind of mentor that scams devs for keys) but the publisher/developer retired the key.

Fun game, looking forward to the upcoming updates.
It respects very well Elona's gameplay style, but with better controls :)

Just to be clear, this is a "Free weekend" review.
I'm sorry but i'm not buying this, got to try it for the trial on the weekend and didn't like what i saw.
Guess what? I got a random disconnect when my internet was fine, then i got recommended to "wait until the server saves to not lose progress" (which if offline, wouldn't be a thing). Also the gold spammers out there.

My first experience was a empty map with some puppies spawning here and there, chosen the hardest difficulty available and didn't even need a single potion, then the dungeon starts with 5 empty rooms or so. Then the "battle pass unlocks" to hint you at buying it (10€ or 24.99€ for the 2400 (silver was it called?)). Checking the shop i see the expansion for what, just another 60€ or so? yeah.. i'm not even interested.

Also, lvl 20 cap, which when heard about it from a friend, to be honest it was expected from Blizzard. That was not a "free weekend" as that usually unlocks the games for free, temporarily. If you want diablo-like games, check out some Indies or classic ones.

Other than that, the character creator was nice, so props for that. Not worth the full price, and considering the expansion stuff, most likely not worth it at that price either.

TL;DR: Always online sucks, got disconnected interrumping gameplay, and i got better options with Indie or classic games that are overall better while also affordable.

I can not recommend a game that gets rid of your character and purchases, and gives 0 compensantion after doing that.
The game WAS fine (I've used to play from mobile or pc with the same account).
If you intend to give it a try you might have some fun, but don't make any purchase because you may suffer what players back then like me did.

My suggestions is to stay the ♥♥♥♥ away from companies that act like that. There's plenty of games out there that are way better and won't pull this crap on you.

This should be called something else, maybe a spin-off or something?
They took kind of Sacred's lore and put it into.... this.

Unintuitive controls where you dodge towards the mouse, and the mouse is what you use to aim if not using controller, so you dodge and end up in the middle of enemies.

Not recommended, stick with older Sacred or Sacred 2 and host through LAN (using hamachi) if you want a proper one with multiplayer.

As mentioned in my previous one, i'm not into trading so i'll pass. Also, DLC for a DLC, requires the Cats & Dogs to use it and will prompt a error at the launcher due to that if you don't have it.

Fun game if you are into trading, example:

I'll stay with my copy of "The Sims: Complete collection", cd version if i want to play The sims again.

I like the theme and characters, it's a nicely made game with very few in this genre.

The only thing that could not be translated are UI elements and some parts that are from images of the game files. Cheers :D

Also, to run it set your locale (region time format) to Japan. It can be hot swapped without a reboot and all you need to do is to restart the game if it was already open.

Si el juego te llama la atención visualmente y te gustan los juegos estilo Final Fantasy, te lo recomiendo.
Ya que no se menciona normalmente, es compatible con Ansel de nvidia, por lo que podrás tomar capturas en 360º si eso te interesa, e incluso explorar el mapa desde el aire con ello.

Las escenas de historia están completamente animadas, y dobladas (voz) en Japonés e Inglés.

El combate puede parecer repetitivo hasta que consigues cristales, al iniciar combates (generalmente cuando no son de historia) te dará objetivos como por ejemplo: mata al enemigo marcado el último, evita que cierto personaje reciba daño, no repitas la misma habilidad (puedes repetir el ataque básico), etc... y a cambio de dichas misiones te dará dinero, materiales o cristales.

Dispone de una Api que requiere Unity para crear mods de prácticamente cualquier cosa.

Además, aunque de momento parece que el OAUTH está bug y no permite vincularlo al dar error, dispone de una extensión de twitch. Espero que arreglen esto pues podría darle vidilla extra al juego, sobretodo para rejugarlo.
