No matter how fun this game makes powerwashing seem, don't try to powerwash your junk.

This game lets me re-live the feeling I got when I played first played DOOM in 1993. It's an amazing feeling.

For fans of the genre only. Easier than Wasteland 1 but lacking some of the charm. Gives me hope for Wasteland 3.

We've got a lot of good 90s stylized games out now. So many of them are good. DUSK is probably the best.

If you enjoy local co-op this game is basically a requirement for your Steam Library.

A lot of reviews here will probably focus on things like launch bugs/etc. I didn't have any of those apart from needing to update to the latest Nvidia drivers to ditch the microstuttering. Here's a few negatives and positives about the game.

Negatives:

1) Menu system needs work. Can be painful to navigate.
2) UI inside of power armor is ugly, tiny, and wrong.
3) Max run speed should be faster.
4) Controls for settlement building aren't tight enough.

Positives:
1) HUD is extremely good. Especially for a VR port. I *love* the compass.
2) Fairly customizable HUD details too. If you have bad eyes like I do, I suggest switching around pip-boy settings.
3) Was expecting performance issues based on Fallout 4's launch. None to be found after driver update (at least for me).
4) V.A.T.S. implementation is, surprisingly, actually good.
5) Crouch toggle for stealth. I'll take not wearing myself out crouching constantly every day of the week.
6) Gunplay and melee are surprisngly good for a pure port.

Overall, if you're not expecting a perfect, tailor-made VR experience, I'd highly recommend this game. If you have a very rigid idea of what a VR game *should* have or be? Look elsewhere.
