I loved GR1, but GR2 is an improvement in every area imo. Better build variety, better environment variety, smoother gameplay, a more coherent story, more gameplay variety, characters are fleshed out better etc... I even think the motorbike and boss fight missions are a nice break from the standard linear missions and would love to see it get expanded on if they do a GR3. My only real complaint is replayability - once you get all the achievements and complete it once there's not any reason to replay the roguelike mode.
I wish they had some real dlc content for this game and can't wait for a sequel.

Nice little VN with a great soundtrack

Another game where you collect resources, build you fortress, and try to survive battles with npc enemies (dinosaurs) and people who have an axe to grind. I hate every second of it and the developers will likely never bring it out of early acces, but it seems like one of the better survival games.

Despite all of the promise that DayZ has, it's thin on content, frustrating to control, insanely buggy and from my experience, filled with more cheaters than any online game i've played in a while. Every update seems to add 1 or 2 new weapons, some new clothes and bug fixes but the spawn rate of most items and the attachements to those items that are worth getting are so low and as a consequence so increadibly time consuming to get that you are better off just grabbing one of the 50 SKS' you've seen and sticking with it because odds are if the massive bandit population doesn't kill you then one of the many problems that the game has like a server reset forcing you to spawn on a popular runway when you reconnect will.
PvP is tense as hell, but it doesn't really feel worth it at the end of the day when you could just play any game with a free for all mode and skip the part where you collect beans and that shovel that takes 15-20 hits to kill a zombie with.
