I wholeheartedly agree. In fact, I was so excited for SF6 I really wanted to play it as soon as June happened. I tried to be positive with Tekken 8 as well, but... it didn't really work out despite promises about single player modes being there. Didn't really help that I was (and still am, actually) regretting ever liking (and buying) Soulcalibur VI when it's also as lackluster (and a very boring retelling since people didn't like the fact SCV dared to have more than two newcomers). Not to mention the shills of both Bandai Namco fighting game franchises annoy me that I dislike them out of spite now
