Do not buy this game YET
Missions are bugged to the stage it cannot be finished, even with console code, and even after patch 1.1.
Bad Optimization is a thing, but releasing a game where story mission are bugged to the point of cannot be finished is unacceptable.

The water mechanic is a hassle

I buy this to support the developers.
The game is very good, most likely my most favorite game this year, beside Ghost of Tsushima PC

P/S: I know there are issues, but the game is set in the right direction. If all issues are fixed, this would be a best tactical PMC game ever.
P/S 2: And the devs are working hard to address those issue. Let them cook, it takes time.

Better than Escape From Tarkov:
+ Has legit PVE mode
+ Very nice graphic
+ Nice community, helping newbie alot
+ Very deep & realistic damage mechanic (On par with simulator)
+ When shot to dead, you are not dead instantly, but are downed, and can be helped by teamate (Big plus for squad play)
- Still laggy, buggy, not optimized (what you expected from a pre-beta & just released game)
+ The developers are working hard delivering hotfix after hotfix. The game is pretty much playable now

Newer game, yet more terrible graphic / mech animation than the OG game

Stop f*cking collab with Epic suck. EAC is f*cking suck. It get 'epic online service' error everytimes I try to coop with my friends. And it take 30 minutes to fix it EVERYTIME.
This game was fun, but f*cking EPIC games ruin it all

Yes, the map is small. Yes, the dialouge are cringe. Yes, there is almost no story. Yes, the Rally mode is not the Rally Raid we expected, and Pace Note is late and vague.
But I kinda find the new Rally mode fun, casually fun.
Just pick 2 car, 1 Cross Country, 1 Rally, B700 or A800 maximum. Hell, go C or D, the slower can be funnier.
Enter first person view, turn off the Drive-line, try not to look at the mini-map, just follow the pace note.
Set the Drivestars level down: average, novice, beginner, whatever.
Then go power slide those corner and laugh like a little child that got his first toy.

That was my genuine expression when I play this Rally mode. And you should too.

And if this DLC is too casual, not realistic enough for you, then go play Dakar, WRC or Dirt. No one forced you to be here. It's all your choice.
Instead of wailing, and pointing out the bad, try to find fun within it.
