Fantastic atmosphere, excellent wombat, all around great experience.

Fantastic game, both the RTS and the turn based elements!

While very similar to the original, this version still brings much better graphics as well as 60 fps without DSfix. Considering that the original is an amazing game, this is as well.

I recommend playing this game with a gamepad. Controllers appear a bit wierd at first, but once you get the hang of them , this game is great.

This game has great potential, and when it works it is very good.
However, QA seems to have been non-existent.
As of yet, I have encountered three game breaking bugs:
-Saving is often impossible, being blocked because "Autosave is in progress. The auto save never actually finishes, and blocks the entire game.
-Loading a game often results in a bugged game with no nations being selectable.
-Attempting to start the game often makes it crash outright.

Additionally, save games in the early game is ~100 mb each. How is this even remotely reasonable?

With all of the above being fixed, the game is now quite good.

Table graphics are good, character models could really do with some improvement.
Solid gameplay overall though.

If you can stand the bugs, which are often resolved by restarting the game, the gameplay and story is solid. Gunplay is good, driving is satisfying, and immersion is excellent, much thanks to the amazing sixties sound track.

A refinement of the forumla from Origins, this is an excellent game.

Overall I found this game to be a pleasent experiance, even more so than I had anticipated. Details below:

The good:

• Decent story.
  
• Generally good graphics.
  
• Very good control system. Controls generally feels intuitive.
  
• Lots of replayability due to secrets, new game plus, challange modes etc.
  
• Nice variety of weapons, including bolt action rifles, which is nice to see.

The bad:

• Prominent performance issues during snow and rain which does ruin the experiance at times.
  
• The story is a bit predicable.

The ugly:

• Numerous visual bugs, such as npcs looking through non existant binoculars, doors opening through obstacles which is not yet removable etc.
  
• Sometimes the player character fails to respond to input for a short while, especially while autosaving.

Overall a very enjoyable experiance.

There are issues with always online, challanges not registering properly etc. However all of that can and will hopefully be fixed. What can not be altered after release is the core gameplay experience, which is excellent.
