I played Baldur's Gate I/II and a lot of similiar games. Baldur's Gate III seems to be the best of them. Graphics are great, music and sound effects also. So far (beginning of act 2) the story constantly evolves and does not get boring. Even without a romance the companions are quite interesting to talk to. Very nice character design.
The dialogues hit the sweet point between being detailed and not being too long. I appreciate that a developer dares to ignore the prudery of Facebook / Apple / etc. and includes some steamy romances. As far as I have seen, I would rate it between mild and moderate. Fits and supports the story line, but nothing too explicit. I can fully recommend this game.

I only have some things for which I would not give BG3 a 10/10 score.
- The main character does not have a voice, therefore "dialogues" are a bit awkward. Maybe allow less voices to choose, but have the dialogues fully synchronised.
- The animations are a bit bumpy and the characters appear quite stiff when moving. Taking into account the efforts that seem to have gone into the graphic detail, this is a bit sad. A kissing scene appears a bit like a Barbie & Ken dolls kiss (just rubbing the faces against each other).
- Timing in most dialogues is not very accurate and needs improvement. When acting surprised the main character kepts that expression for seconds though it should normally be only the blink of an eye.
- It would be a nice gesture to take off the helmet before kissing or drinking.
