It's pretty fun so far and has a lot of potential. I think people are being overly harsh on the game atm.

I was mass false reported by ranked pre-made groups in Season 3 and falsely suspended for 7 days for going "AFK" 8 days before the season ended. I never went AFK in a single match (how would I go AFK in games yet win enough games to be in top500 Ruby?) and the support just blindly trust their flawed system without even verifying if the reports were legitimate.

It took 5 tickets before they even told me the reason I had a 7 day suspension and when I disputed it they just say they have "full trust in their system". Despite the suspension being for only 7 days it removed the opportunity to hold my Ruby Rank (I was still in Ruby Rank at the end of the season with 65,600 RS but since I was removed from the leaderboard I did not get Ruby rewards) and now if I get mass false reported for going "AFK" again it will be a permanent suspension.

If you plan on playing this game and grind Ruby ranks be warned, you will run into people who will exploit the system and do everything in their power to prevent you from climbing, including submitting mass coordinated false reports for going "AFK" to get people suspended and removed from the leaderboard.

The game itself is fun, easily a 8/10 in my opinion, but the politics of climbing to top500 + Embarks completely incompetent support system means I cannot recommend the game in good conscience.

EDIT: Multiple people on the Embark Discord also had the same thing happen to them and I have screenshots of everything to back up my claims if anyone is interested.
