This game is really good. It is really fun, competitive while also co-operative as you're trying to get the highest damage and lease damage taken. It is challenging, and the game just constantly pulls you in makes you want to play more. Currently it seems like there is only one map, so I am very much looking forward for more maps to come out and new characters to play as.

I will continue to play this game, and with each update I am sure more and more new things will be added. The perfect time to play would be now, to get the hang of it before new things get added. Would very much recommend

This game is really fun. I like playing it in my downtime with music or a TV show on in the background. There are loads of new things in the game since I first started playing it, it literally feels like a new game. I always randomise the leader I get, and I still haven't played as all of them yet. It it fun that each one adds something new to the game. It is a fun game to play with other people or on single player, which i am currently doing and I am achievement hunting.

The only couple of downsides I have about that game is that when playing multiplayer, you shouldn't be able to spam whatever player is last to end their turn by cancelling the end of your turn then confirming it again. There should be a cooldown on the bell sounding to alert the last player (those who have played multiplayer know what I mean).
The other downside is that the earlier eras should last a bit longer or have more in them. A lot of leaders have benefits for those eras but you are only really in it for 50 turns or so.

I would really recommend this game though, it is very fun.

This game has so many good qualities, and hardly any faults. However there are some improvements that could be made to the game.

To start of with, here are some of the good qualities:
- Great graphics
- The card deck mechanism for gaining buffs is fun and unique
- Fighting is very fun
- You get a real sense of achievement when completing an act
- Storyline is well thought out and interesting
- Loot is balanced and you always find good upgrades for your weapons
- There is a huge range of enemies that vary in difficulty

However, there are also a few improvements that can be made that would make this game so much more enjoyable:
- If the difficulties had less of a difference. Currently it goes from super easy, to this is quite difficult now, to holy s***! It would be better if there were more difficulty options
- If you could remove attachments from one gun so you could transfer them to another, or just drop attachments you have equipped to other people in accidental pickups or if they need/want it
- The price is steep. It is not worth the amount it is, and should probably be around £30/35
- Should show more stats after finishing an act so you can compare with teammates. Currently you can only compare your overall kills, and mutation kills. It would be so much more competitive and fun if stats such as damage dealt, friendly fire, head shots, damage taken, etc were also shown and comparable
- Should have more supply points or be able to pick supply lines so you can actually unlock the customisation for your own character or the guns you use, instead of having to unlock customisation for characters you don't want to use and weapons you don't like using.
- Should be more customisation added in future, for both characters and weapon skins

Finally I would like to say that currently I have only played the co-op, not the versus mode or single-player, therefore I cannot make any comments regarding those game modes.

Overall, I would give this game a solid 9/10, but I would recommend buying it while it's on sale

It is a game with a lot of potential. But in my opinion it still have quite a lot of areas of improvement.

Pros:
- It is a very nice looking game. The models are accurate and look very good.
- The graphics are great.
- Difficulties are as expected and accurate.
- Very competitive to get the best stats at the end.
- Fun to kill aliens!

Cons:
- The biggest con first, it is VERY repetitive.
- Kind of leading on from the first one, every task is move, defend, move, defend, move, defend, escape.
- The UI and the perk menu is very confusing.
- Earn more decals than you do mods.
- Headshots do not do nearly enough damage.
- Some of the stronger enemies just feel like bullet sponges.

Overall, it is a good 3 player game but definitely needs more work put into it before it is work the price it currently is.
Overall rating would be 4/10

Really Bad. Even for an early access, this was released too early. Needs a lot more time and effort before being released to the public. Do not get this game.

This game's co-op is fun for a while, but once you've explored or finished a base, there isn't much else to do.

However,
the story mode is amazing.... Extremely interesting, and very fun. I had to continue the story and completed it over a span of 2 days as I couldn't get off my PC, the story is so intriguing. It is worth the money spent, as I had very enjoyable hours on it.

I also learnt that there are multiple endings, so I am going to restart from my last save point to try and get the other ending.

I wouldn't really recommend this game if you want a co-op that is going to last you a while, however I would definitely recommend this for the story line.
