Extremely fun and charming lil rogue-like. Well worth the money.

Fine, a positive review, but I'm not happy about it.

A rough start that has been refined into a AAA game well worth your time and money. We've gone from cops on foot blipping into existence to actual police chases and searching, a full rework of the skill tree and progression, clothing is now just clothing so fashion is back on the menu (with some reasonable exceptions like bullet proof vests), etc.

Sometimes your car still falls from orbit or shoots out of the ground when you call it, but I think that one's fun.

100% worth your money.

A lot of fun, just like the original. Worth the money, the art and voice acting are both fantastic and that's all you can really ask for in a game like this.

This game is fantastic and well worth your money. It's terrifying, stressful, and the only thing making it better are your coworkers, like a real job. I'm very excited to see where this goes, and I'm looking forward the dev's future titles.

The gameplay loop is simple, you fly down to a moon, you collect scrap, and bring it back to your ship. Scrap and items can weigh you down significantly, making your sprint next to useless. In the moment it's a balance between safety, or making your quota. The larger loop is managing the money you do make for equipment and travel to higher tier moons in hopes of better salvage. Or spending that money to make your ship a little cozier, and then everyone dies with their flashlights and walkies and maybe a shovel, but at least you got that romantic table and the PJ's.

The monsters are enigmatic and varied, the game doesn't tell you a lot about them but they have some obvious behaviors like a weeping angle style enemy. Some are less obvious, and take some guess work for the first few runs to figure out, even then you may not fully understand why that bug attack or why it dragged your friend off when last time it just looked at you and backed off.

One annoyance I have faced is entering the facility and immediately dying, it's never happened right away, only on reentries after some of the creatures settle in the entry way, impossible to figure out unless someone is in there or you have an item to give information without players having to be inside. There are other doors however, so at most one of your friends gets horribly maimed and now you know don't go in that door.

There are no permanent unlocks yet as far as I'm aware, failing to make quota means game over and try again from day 1. Thankfully getting back into the high tier moons is possible after the first or second payday if things are going well, and it's paced well enough that restarting is just never an issue for me or the group I play with, we're just ready to go get turned inside out again.

Buy it, play it with some people, it's worth it.

It's better and less hacker riddled than tarkov!

Apart from technical issues that I'm sure will be sorted out through updates, the game is a blast. Scratch the soul-like itch real good, and fun with friends.

You don't need me to tell you how phenomenal the game is. So much love and care went into this game that it feels almost out of place in today's gaming market, where most developers have become almost cynical and hostile towards their consumer base. And you can have sex with a druid in bear form, it's very tastefully done too.
