I absolutely loved the original Killing Floor. And there is a base for an extremely great game here. The optimization is extremely good and gun play is fun. The main problem here is an extreme lack of content. The game is still missing a sharpshooter class, and the official map pool is tiny. And most perks only have 3-5 guns with usually only 2 viable towards the end of the match. Content updates have been few and far between, expect to wait up to 3 month for a small amount of content. For example our last update that gave us any real content was on 3/24/16 it was two gun, one map, vs mode, and some bug and balance fixes. The last major patch before that was on 12/3/15 and added a new boss, two maps, a perk, new character, and micro transactions. The game has been in Early Access for around a year and very little has been added in terms of content. At the current rate of development it will take another year or two to have enough content that I would consider this game as a full release. I would recommend that you wait another year before considering this game because you’ll have a way better experience and hopefully more content. I’ll update this review when I feel this game is ready to be recommended.
