How to make stir fry;


Ingredients:

-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1 red bell pepper, matchstick style
-2 carrots, sliced thin af
-1 1/2 cups of fresh broccoli
-1 pound of beef sirloin cut into 2" strips
-1 green onion, chop that thing
-1 teaspoon on minced garlic
-2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, toasted
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Directions:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over med-high heat; cook and stir the beeg until browned - that takes like 3-4 minutes usually. Move the beef to the side and add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic into the center of the work station. Cook the vegetables for 2 minutes, then stir the beef into the vegetables and season it with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Cook and stir until the vegetables are tender, should take around 2 minutes.
