I actually enjoyed this game. Some of the puzzles were kinda poor, but the game was fun regardless. The voice acting was alright, the worst was probably the main character, maintaining approximately an EverymanHYBRID level of acting. If you don't mind somewhat campy presentation, I would strongly reccomend this game. It's free, and is a great way to sink 2-3 hours.

P.S. Turn up your gamma before playing

Barony just released the Blessed Addition and it is simply amazing. A three year old indie game releasing unpaid DLC that literally doubles the game length is ridiculous, and the devs deserve some serious props. The new update has made the game way more enjoyable without abandoning the familiar difficulty, as a melee playstyle is finally viable in late game and combat simply feels better. The stealth system works really well now, and two of the three new classes play well into that playstyle. Co-op play works great and is very fun with steam friends. I havent yet completed the additional content, but the excellent balancing alone is well worth the recommended. This game has come far and I hope it will continue to grow. Easily an 8 or 9 / 10 and is well worth the price of admission.

Also the sountrack is a mastahpeece

I played this game alot over the past 3 years, watching as it grew and evolved to suit the community that loved playing it. There were some controversial updates that some hated and some loved, but overall, the constant updates and changes kept the game fresh and interesting to play. I supported any and all updates that added new items and fixed old ones. Howerver, in light of the most recent update concerning huge changes to matchmaking, im afraid to say that Valve made a terrible decision regarding this matter. I don't mind the Team Pyro vs. Team Heavy thing, as it encourages community and is just fun in general. The real problem is the new casual matchmaking system, as in goes against most of what made me love tf2 in years past. I loved the drop in, drop out feel that meant you could start playing and end playing whenever you pleased. The new matchmaking punishes players for leaving early, even if only done once, defeating the entire premise of casual and quickplay. This makes no sense as the game allows for 12 people on each side; losing a single player in a casual match is nowhere near as harming as losing a player on a six man team in overwatch, yet overwatch punishes leavers after several games.. Additionally, the game forces you two have at least two different choices of what you want your gamemode to be. Imagine if you wanted to play arms race in CSGO but, in order to do so, you also had to have an additional 50% chance of being forced to play CSGO's casal mode. This is simply not fun. Valve should not force Competetive rules into Casual / Quickplay without any reasonable logic behind it. This review is not intended to alert new players from getting this game, but to rather protest the bad matchmaking update and try to raise Valve's awareness of the issue.

This game is pretty damn good. While it can be a bit repetitive at first its flaws are swept away at how well this game handles the idea of exploration. As a gamer that particularly enjoys dungeon crawlers and games that encourage exploration and risk, I walked into this game a bit exited, but held back the exitement over it as much as I could as to not overhype the game (though I was mainly exited because this was the first game on steam that I was exited to get) The game itself should be treated as a dungeon crawler / exploration game, especialy considering how many people say it is Minecraft but 2D. However, if you walk into this game expecting Minecraft, you will certainly be dissapointed. In fact, most of the negative reviews of the game regard someone saying that Terraria doesn't meet up to the standards of block based survival such as in Mincraft. But this, as seen from the first few minutes of gameplay, is clearly not, nor is it trying to be, a survival game. The real thrill of this game comes from explaring and conquering new lands, learning to dominate the new biomes you discover. I remember when I first found the Corruption: When I first discovered this new territory, I decided to journey into its dark (and fairly sharp) depths to discover whatever secret lies beyont the mouth of the cave. But then I was killed by an Eater of Souls before getting to far. And thus I had a goal, get down there and figure out what in the world was hidden within it. The bottom line of this story is that this game is really good at encouraging you to explore. Finding chests and loot gives you better items that allow you to handle former challenges with ease (giving you a sence of player progression) and enabling you to explore deeper into parts that have previously stopped you by almost instant death.

So basically, I give this game a solid 9/10, -0.5 for having repetitive actions that come up too often, and -0.5 for having a building aspect that can be annoying to deal with whenever you want to add more NPCs to your town.

This game is just hilarious. While there may be a deeper strategy to this game regarding robot building and team movement, this game should not be treated seriously when you first start. Instead, you should get the feel of everything, and have a few laughs while you do it. When you come across a favorite robot design is when things get a bit more serious.I higly recommend you play this game with friends for its maximum laughter inducing potential. Any game that gives you the potential to make a robot called Battle-Girrafe is a good game to me. So try it out before you dump it after you saw the very rash reviews on the most helpful section. Its a very short downoad, so I would reccomend getting it.

When I first looked at this game, I thought, "ha, just a cheap ripoff of Mario Kart." I was totally wrong. Yes, it may have a seemingly suspicious similarity to Mario Kart, but it is a thousand times better. Unlike Mario Kart, this game is acually challenging. That makes all the more satisfing when you finaly get first place. Another cool part about this game: The Graphics. Suprisingly, the graphics are astonishing. The water looks very realistic. Speaking of water, I used to think that the three different modes of racing would all be the same. I was so wrong. Each one provides adiiferent style and feel to it. It makes the game more dynamic and challenging.

This game is amazing with its great storyline and mod capabilities. It has many storylines to the game, and every quest is an adventure. I would also reccomend the DLCs. My favorite part of the game, however, is the mods that you can install. It enables you to have a million games in one. Plus, the visuals in this game are great. The landscape is amazing to vieww. Plus, the voice acting is pretty good. It can get reppetitive (as in the same voices for different minor characters) though. But the voice actors are still good any way. I think its worth it to pay for this amazing game.
