You might actually start on fire in the sun after multiple all night marathons. This game is addicting and polished, one of the better Early Access titles to hit the store. 22 hours in and not even halfway through the currently available content. Great with friends or solo!

Minor frame issues aside, this is far and away the greatest FROMSOFT game.

If you're new to ARPGs or a veteran of many classics, you are going to find something to love. Came for the gameplay, stayed for story. I will add to this when i reach the endgame, but from what i've seen there is plenty to keep you coming back for more. Well worth the asking price.

It makes me incredibly sad to flip flop my review but good god almighty does the sheen stop to sparkle after the 5th progress losing bug, going from a full gear dye collection to absolute zero, having an interesting passive skill build that breaks every time you enter a new area or flat out doesn’t work at all, or finding your 5th hollow, uninspired unique item. This is NOT a finished game. The alpha/beta testing covered a single act of the full game and the developers asinine choice has led to a middle and end game that is unacceptably broken. I really really WANT to keep liking this game. I previously said worth the asking price, but then the game magically went from 29.99 USD to 39.99?! What the F O O F that is just scummy. The bones of something great are all here, but there is no way in hell this game should have been considered a 1.0 release, not with so many other promising Early Access titles that are up front about the state of their game. Maybe in a few months this game will be in a playable state, but the endgame is far more boring and stale than the campaign, which is currently unfinishable to many due to yet another set of bugs. I could go on but it’s legit making me too sad.

Man, I don't even know where to begin. As others have stated this is far and away, handily Supergiant's best release so far. Every single voice line oozes character and builds a believable, breathable world that you will ravenously consume. The developer's trademark weapon flair is abundant here, making each and every run feel different and fresh, with the boons of the Olympians you meet along the way further changing the style of each tool, letting you accomplish things far beyond what you initially feel you may reach on the current run. This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masterpiece and I cannot recommend it enough.

However there is one _MASSIVE_ bug I've found so far, and that is that you can only pet 1 of cerberus' 3 heads. Please fix immediately as heads 1 and 2 are seriously lacking in scritches :(
