This DLC is good but I have some major issues.

The Pros are that the DLC looks beautiful. The areas feel unique from the original game. Two of the new bosses are some of my favorite in the game. There are some really cool looking bosses. Another pro is the new equipment. The new weapons and armor sets are very nice. The great katanas and hand to hand weapons are really fun. Some of the weapons are quite over powered but this will probably be fixed soon. There are also some nice new caves which are much longer and more interesting. I wish that they were more frequent though as some of them are necessary to enter new areas.

There are a lot of cons. There are some stuttering issues but they will probably be fixed soon. The difficulty spike is a pretty rough but it's not terrible. The bosses are a mixed bag. Some of the bosses are really fun to fight. There are some problems with the camera during fights but i'm used to it. There are 10 remembrance bosses in the DLC. In the base game even the more minor remembrance bosses felt special and important. Over half of the DLC bosses don't have cut scenes or dialogue which is sad compared to the base game. Some of the bosses are also just not fun to fight or are way to easy. The final boss spams attacks that tank fps and is kind of underwhelming. I wish there was more after the boss but oh well. Another problem is the reused bosses which was my only problem in the original game. You would think that after paying $40's they wouldn't make me fight reused bosses from the original game. The world also feels very linear which is very sad to see compared to the base game.

Overall I enjoyed the DLC so I am giving it a positive review but I definitely do not think it is great. For the $40 price point I believe I need to be harsh with it. I will probably continue to replay the DLC but I wish there was a little more love put into some aspects.

This game is somehow the scariest and the funniest game out. The game play is simplistic allowing for easy access to everyone. The voice chat system is truly impressive taking one of my favorite parts of games like phasmophobia and using it so well. The fear of having to hide and stay quiet is so exhilarating. Speaking of, the monsters in this game are incredible, they all feel different from each other and are scary in their own ways. Seeing eyes in the distance, watching one of your friends necks be broken and dragged into the dark, and hearing quick footsteps just to turn around and see a statue are some of the scariest and funnest moments I've had in a game.
