Even though the fps is capped to 30, and the black bars are there. You'll have a great experience if that doesn't bother you that much. the game is both scary and brutal, and it's what you have to get if you're into those kind of things.

(You can change the 30fps cap to 60 and remove the black bars in the console, but you should give the default settings a try given that if you change it it'll probably cause some lagg.)
